The independent guide to exquisite dining in the South West includes restaurants, restaurants with rooms and foodie hotels which have been invited into the guide as a result of reaching strict quality criteria. Split into sections for Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and Bath & Bristol, the guide also includes top chef’s restaurant recommendations and Trencherman’s Collections, such as Top Five for Glamour. Officially launched at Lympstone Manor on 9 May 2017, this year’s edition is particularly special and celebrates the guide’s quarter century.
